Weekly nets held on K9QZX or KB9SGN Repeater

The Owen County Amateur Radio Association supports the K9QZX repeater (146.985Mhz with a tone of 136.5 Hz) for use by any amateur operator.
A weekly Wednesday night ARES net is conducted at 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
The KB9SGN Gosport repeater (146.895MHz with a tone of 136.5 Hz) is used the first Wednesday of each month. This repeater is the backup system for the Spencer repeater. If both are down the simplex frequency of 146.580 MHz will be used.
The K9QZX Spencer repeater is used all other Wednesdays.
The purpose of the net is to handle traffic, bulletins and information of interest to the local amateur community. All amateur operators are welcomed and encouraged to participate.
